QR code security: avoid phishing links
A QR only opens a destination faster — it does not make that destination safe.
QR does not make links safe
A QR is just a fast opener. If the destination is malicious, scanning does not make it safe — treat QR like any other link.
Check the URL
Be careful with random stickers, public spaces, unknown posters and messages from strangers.
Do not sign in blindly
If a scan asks for bank or email login, verify the site address first.
Business integrity
Inspect physical stickers in cafés, shops, hotels and public stands — make sure nobody swapped your code.
Dynamic codes you control
We consciously rejected static QR codes: after print you cannot change them, and you get zero statistics. On QRcode Global you only get dynamic codes — change content after print and see the scans.
